Volume 1 condition:
Jacket is tanned and stained, but text is legible. Jacket is worn and chipped along edges. 4-inch vertical tear from bottom edge of jacket spine. Bottom corner of front jacket flap is clipped, cutting off some text. Spine is lightly bumped and shaken, but binding is secure. Previous owner's address sticker on inside front cover. Inside is otherwise clean and unmarked.
Volume 2 condition:
Jacket is tanned and stained, but text is legible. Jacket is worn and chipped along edges. Bottom corner of front jacket flap is clipped, not cutting off text. Spine is shaken, but binding is secure. Previous owner's address sticker on inside front cover. Small, light stain near outer edge of front endpaper, but pages themselves are clean and unmarked.
