A large scrapbook containing two pleasure trips they took with Bill Boeing and friends, on Boeing's yacht, the Taconite. Filled with photos, postcards, and handwritten entries up through Alaska to Juneau in June-July, 1947, and a second trip made in May 1948. Includes a welcome message signed by Bill Boeing on the second page.

Covers are worn, and some of the photos are loose in the book, the glue having failed.

Bill Boeing was the founder of the Boeing Aircraft Corporation, as well as founder of United Airlines.
