Celebrating the publication of Numbers by Rachel Blau DuPlessis, just out from Materialist Press:

Rachel Blau DuPlessis, poet, critic, and collagist, is the author of the multi-volume long poem Drafts (1986 -2012) from Salt Publishing and Wesleyan. Recent books including poetry and collage are Graphic Novella (2015), Days and Works (2017), Around the Day in 80 Worlds (BlazeVOX, 2018), and the most recent being launched at this reading, NUMBERS (Materialist Press, 2018). In her critical career, she has written extensively on gender, poetry and poetics; on objectivist poets (also editing the Selected Letters of George Oppen); and on modern and contemporary Anglophone poetry. She lives in Philadelphia.

최 LINDSAY is the author of Transverse, forthcoming from Futurepoem in Spring 2020, and a chapbook, Matrices (speCt! books, 2017). They are a Ph.D. student in English literature at UC Berkeley and the recipient of several residencies and fellowships including those from Kundiman and the Baltic Writing Residency in Stockholm, Sweden. Recent projects include a creative manuscript in and out of translation on the colonial history of leprosy and opium in Korea, excerpts from which are forthcoming in Aster(ix) Journal and elsewhere.
